2012 National Meeting… Register Now!!

To build on the success of last year’s first ever meeting in Denver, we have planned many valuable activities for the November AAMC national meeting in San Francisco. 

The date for our 2^nd annual DOCS meeting is Saturday November 3^rd, 2012 so please make plans to join us. Details about the meeting schedule follow on the next page.

Second Newsletter Now Available!

We plan to publish the newsletter quarterly as a way to keep everyone updated about our progress as a group and about opportunities to collaborate.  Each newsletter will be sent to you by email, and posted on on the web site.  Please click on the DOCS Files page link to the right to access the Newsletter and all other important DOCS Files. If you have ideas for future newsletters, please let us know. 

Update on the Organization

Since our initial meeting in 2011, the DOCS organization has been quite active. Our first paper has been accepted in Teaching and Learning in Medicine and the results of our survey will be submitted for publication soon. We had excellent DOCS representation at many of the AAMC’s regional Group on Educational Affairs (GEA) this past spring. 

Most exciting however is our recognition and sponsorship by the GEA at our upcoming AAMC annual meeting!
